PLEASE READ:
All package fees include: professional makeup application, basic hairstyling, grooming, and
wardrobe consult for women and men, as well as image editing, proofs CD, processing, retouching,
and delivery of final CD. I do not offer hard copy prints. There are no hidden fees and no deposits required.
Payment is made at the conclusion of the shoot if the digital images reviewed during shooting meet the
client's needs.
Booking Your Shoot:
Send me an email with a description of your photographic needs and the package you are interested in booking.
Please remember to include a contact phone number. I will usually be in touch within 24hrs to answer your
questions and look for a convenient shoot slot for you. Most shoots are done on weekends with editing and
processing done during the week. All shoot planning is done via email to provide us both with a written record
for easy reference. During the planning stages, you would email me a closeup snapshot of yourself to be
used for planning the coloring of your shoot.
What to Expect:
** A fun and relaxed photoshoot
** Detailed instructions for shoot preparation & shoot wardrobe
** Assistance with final wardrobe selection and basic styling
** Professional makeup application appropriate for type of shoot...natural for
headshots, beautifying for models.
** Simple hairstyling as needed
** Shoot direction on set to capture your personality and most flattering angles
** Tireless attention to detail for each look of your shoot to ensure beautiful
images
What to Bring:
** Your favorite music CDs
** Wear a comfortable outfit and kick off shoes
** Bottled water
** A healthy snack
** Chapstick
** Your full wardrobe as discussed
** Energy and a great attitude!!
** Your shoot payment please :-) (check or cash)
What You Get:
** In 1-3 days you will receive via mail a CD of proofs (small size images) for making selections. These will
have been edited down from your entire shoot to exclude anything non-usable.
** You will select images for processing through PhotoShop. Processing optimizes color balance, sharpness,
contrast, brightness and all technical aspects of your photographs
** You will choose images for retouching. Retouching removes stray hairs, redness in eyes, whitens teeth,
softens wrinkles, removes blemishes or scratches etc. The images that you wish to print should be retouched.
These images will also be cropped to 8x10 ready for headshot or portfolio printing. I do not do printing
** I will convert images to Black & White if you want to use your headshot for theater submissions but you
must please tell me at the time of booking your shoot so that I can plan your looks with Black & White in mind.
Payment is due in full on the shoot day (cash or check only) once you have viewed
and approved all digital images and want me to move to the editing stage of your shoot.
