        Located in Laurel, Maryland, photographer Dianne Egrie operates a home-based photography business

serving the needs of models and actors in the Baltimore/DC area.  

        She shoots commercial headshots and bodyshots, as well as fashion and beauty for model

portfolios.  Family portraits, graduation photos, prom photos and more, can be shot in your home or in studio. 

For professional portraits she travels to location to shoot groups.

         The emphasis is on creating a comfortable and nurturing environment for subjects of all ages

and all levels of experience.  Each client receives the individualized attention and shoot

direction that ensures photographs that are dynamic, expressive and memorable.

About the Photographer

Dianne Egrie 

Hi!

      I'm Dianne Egrie, your photographer at Artemis Photo Studio.  Despite my rewarding experiences

as a teacher, my true passion has always been photography.  My goal when shooting

is to make you feel so comfortable that you cannot help but look your best! 

      My training and experience include the use of both professional film and digital

SLR Nikon cameras.  Currently I only shoot in digital format and process and retouch my

images through Photoshop.  My lighting techniques vary depending on the subject and

goal of our shoot.  I usually light you different ways to find the most flattering look for

your features. 

      Way back in the time of the dinosaurs I worked as a model and had a very succesful

career in the fashion industry.  I lived and worked in the major fashion capitals

of the world: Paris, Milan, London, Tokyo, Madrid, Zurich, Munich and of course New York. 

For your entertainment I've included some of my model portfolio pics.

        My modeling assignments included T.V. commercials, print advertising campaigns,

magazine editorial print, catalog print, and runway: couture and ready-to-wear collections. 

My clients included: Revlon, Pantene, Covergirl, Oil of Olay, Finesse, Schwarzkopf,

Vogue Magazine, Harper's Bazaar, Glamour, Chanel, Perry Ellis, Armani, and Valentino. 

        My job experiences ranged from diving with sea turtles on the Great Barrier reefs of

Australia while shooting a Heineken beer commercial..... to riding a rambunctious elephant

wearing tight white capris, in Thailand.  Not something I'd recommend!  

         I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with some of the finest

photography teams in the world and I hope to put all my knowledge to work for you.
